Christin Dallmann studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin, graduating with the “First State Examination” degree and the title “Graduate Lawyer”.

She then successfully completed a 2-year supplementary programme in English Law at Humboldt University, before undertaking a further two years of study at the Language and Interpretation Institute in Munich, specialising in legal translation. Since September 2012 she has been attending the Master in Legal Translation programme at the City University London.

Practical experience has included internships at the German Bundestag and the German Consulate in Boston, USA. She received additional training in English law with the BDÜ (German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators) in London and is a member of the German-British Lawyers’ Association.

In addition to her German mother tongue and fluent English, Christin Dallmann has a good knowledge of Latin, Ancient Greek, Spanish and Russian.
